Overview
Our refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange on your digital itinerary purchase.
Refund Eligibility
- Unused Digital Itineraries: Because our itineraries are delivered digitally via email, they are considered “used” once accessed. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of purchase and confirm that you have not downloaded or utilized the itinerary.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your receipt or order confirmation available, as it will be required to process any refund request.
- Valid Reasons: Refunds will only be granted for valid reasons, such as delivery errors or technical issues on our part. Once a refund is approved, access to the itinerary will be revoked.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, if only part of your itinerary is affected or if there are issues that do not warrant a full refund, we may consider issuing a partial refund. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
- Notification: Once we receive and inspect your refund request, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at desitravelplanner@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Please note that items purchased during promotional or sale periods are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
